Course Purpose
This qualification prepares you to work as a Learning and Development Practitioner—someone who helps others grow through learning in the workplace.
As a Learning and Development Practitioner, you will:
Plan learning programmes
Write clear learning objectives
Choose or adapt learning materials
Facilitate (lead and support) learning in a workplace or occupational setting
Once qualified, you’ll be able to:
Co-ordinate learning activities in the workplace
Identify what skills people need and how to help them improve
Plan and carry out learning programmes suited to the workplace
Facilitate learning for different groups in various settings
Evaluate whether the learning programmes made a positive impact
