Courses Purpose

This course equips learners with the knowledge and skills to differentiate between emergencies and incidents in the workplace. Learners will understand the various types of workplace emergencies, the appropriate responses to emergency alarms, and the correct procedures to follow in assembly areas. Additionally, the course covers the critical role and functions of an emergency control centre.

A qualified learner will be able to:
